Try out some rice cakes and beans with salsa, sweet potatoes with sea salt and coconut oil, peanut butter and dark chocolate and banana ice cream.

For vegan cereals, only use a non dairy milk. When visiting a supermarket or store, look for granola or vegan cereals. Early in the morning, pour some in a bowl and add soy, almond, and rice milks.
