Cattle raised from a natural pasture are nutritious as you compared to beef from the feedlots. Natural pasture contains fat which is known as conjugated linoleic acid that protects the body from gaining weight. It also contains the best quality of fat which is useful in the body. The meat from the natural pasture animal has vitamin K useful in the bone of human.

Farms which practice intensive farming pollute the soil and water in different ways. For instance, intensive farming involves application of fertilizer into the cons and pros in the field. When there is too much rain, the fertilizer present in the soil is washed away into the rivers and lakes where they cause death of fish and pollutes the water.

Grass feeding promotes the welfare of the animals. You will find cattle in the free range are in good health since they are treated nicely and no one is bothering them. Unlike the cattle from the factory firms where they are restricted to movement and are treated badly with people since they are known after all they must die.

Animals reared in the natural pasture can solve all the environmental problems which most farmers face. For instance, the waste products from the cattle are well distributed in the field and they can add nutrients to the soil. There is no pollution of soil since there is no chemical which is applied in the natural lawn. Also, there is no constant antibiotics which are administered to cattle since they are well distributed in the field.

All these benefits can encourage many to choose the grass fed meet whenever they go for shopping. People who are used to eat meat from a natural pasture are healthy and protected from contacting diseases such as cancer and diabetes. Animals which are reared in the free field are not much infected with diseases. It is good to do a wide research so that you can know the usefulness of eating lawn fed beef and pork.
