Sometimes it takes a bit of courage to switch gears if you have been over indulging of late. If it were easy, we would all do it. It is fun, fast, and delicious. You never have to be rigid about healthy cooking. Just keep it light and fat-free. Use yogurt instead of butter and oil for sauces and dressings; consume only whole grains instead of processed cereals and white rice. Eat fruit for dessert. You might even save money in the process!

After you have succeeded in making a well-balanced recipe, document it. By doing so, grocery shopping and cooking it will be a lot quicker. And if someone asks you to do it, you can do it for him the way you liked it. Stock your fridge with healthy raw materials so you can automatically pick from there. Most f all, stick to this healthy lifestyle. It will do wonders to your wellness.
