Contact number. Of course, you will need to give the person the means on how to reach you. Many business cards fail because of the lack of this. Provide the number that you use often. This will ensure that you will receive the call. It does not need to be your personal number. If you have a working phone number, then that would be most appropriate.

Five is a business email address. You can have two or three email address with different functions so give the one that you use for transacting with your clients. The one with an extension of your company name is the more appropriate one.
