You will need lemon juice and pepper, let the poultry sit in the mixture for 30 minutes, grill and then serve it.

While there are many ways of marinating chicken, nothing could beat the traditional barbecue gravy. This is often made up of ketchup, sweetened by sugar, spiced up with garlic and pepper and soured by lemon and vinegar. Furthermore, it is easy to prepare so long as you have all the ingredients. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, heat it up, and you now have a delicious sauce.
