Cleaning your vending truck regularly is a responsibility an owner should not ignore. There are some catering truck manufacturers that offer free sanitary maintenance for clients. Some of these would take days for your wheels to be cleaned which may cause a temporary disablement of your small business. As a time wise individual you prefer to clean it by yourself but you have to know the places you should not miss during the sanitation.

Food poisoning is most of the time caused by contamination of germs on the food. Humans already contain bacteria and ought to consume bacteria in some cases. But if the number of these bacteria will exceed to the number of bacteria needed by our system, this would result into reaction that might affect our health or worst might cause death.

The best cure for this problem is by conducting daily and regular sanitation session for your tractor. Sometimes you think that ice is just a solid water, but you tend to forget that ice is also a food that we consume. The ice machine is where usually ice is stored in order to avoid melting. At the edge of the truck is where people eat. And the cooking area is usually near the wall. These places are where food splashes commonly rest. Bacteria loves to stay in unconsumed foods and there they will germinate fast. In this case, leave no food bits and splats behind so that the germs will not stay in your area.

Hard to access spots and usually dark are the most favorite places of the germs. These places are rarely cleaned and commonly forgotten by most. Places like underneath the cabinets and behind stoves are examples of inaccessible places.

Temperature setting instruments. If the truck has a refrigerator and air conditioner, have the responsibility to maintain its cleanliness regularly. The refrigerator is where raw foods and beverages are stored before cooking. And freezer is where the raw meats are usually stored and therefore this is also the place which is usually wet and being stayed by most of the germs.

For the air conditioner, it should be cleaned because aside from avoiding the bacteria, this thing absorbs and filters air and when we say filter, it separates dirt. Dirt will be trapped in the machine and the machine do not have the ability to clean itself. If the both equipment left unclean, uneven temperature will occur.

The thing that you should always keep your are the things that every costumers will touch. You do not really know your clients personally. When we say personally this includes their sanitation and sickness. People come and go everywhere and by coming and going it corresponds by carrying germs. Mustard and ketchup containers should be cleaned daily.

Catering truck manufacturers usually conduct cleaning tutorials to their clients upon buying the product from them. Yes, cleaning is such an exhausting duty. But note that you should choose to be exhausted than to end up sick and receiving complaints from your costumers.
