Eggs can be taken in boiled, sunny side up, scrambled, poached and omelet form. Each kind of egg dish can be made more flavorful by seasoning it with the right garnishes or by adding the right produce.

There is nothing healthier than fruits for your first meal of the day. Eating one fruit a day is a mandatory bodily need that most ignore. Eating a fruit whole may put off most people. So, dice up seasonal fruits and serve them up in the form of a salad. A bit of yoghurt can help bring the dish together and can make it healthier.
