Great Recipe Ideas For You Daily Healthy Vegan Snack

A healthy vegan snack is just what you need with a busy life going on and there is no time to cook up something. For some of us working two jobs a day and have to rush from terminal to terminal, a mini bite is all you need to keep your energy levels high. Plus if you are keen on your weight and health and do not want to fill yourself with the cheap but unhealthy fast foods, a vegan bite is what you need to hear about.

There are so many ways to whip up a quick vegan bite and pack it with you to work or school. The first and most convenient ingredient in the vegan menu is fresh fruits; fruits are healthy, keep us full and give us a lot of energy to last us the day. You can pack an apple, banana or a berry because they are easy to consume and not worry about the peels that much; you may need a little work for mangos or paw paws.

In a different week, you can decide to go with salads during the day. You can prepare a healthy salad by first lining the bottom of a jar with salad dressing then mix up different veggies to fill it. During the day all you have to do is mix up the dressing and salad and you have a good healthy lunch; just make sure the salad was stored in a cool place to remain fresh overnight.

For some of us, we are more into nuts and seeds as ideal snacks. There are a great variety of nuts to try like cashew, macadamia, walnuts, kola nuts, ground nuts and cashew nuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkins seed are perfect seed snacks but make sure you eat in bits during the day to avoid feeling heavy.

Next on the vegan mini bite menu is chips; no we are not talking about high calorie potato chips but veggie chips. There are two great options you can try and one of them is Kale Chips which you can dry up and have a nibble anytime. The second option is Zucchini chips which are great when dried and the nutritional value remains intact too.

Finally we are on fluids, and smoothies are a great pick from the amazing vegan snack menu. If you have not tried the green smoothie made from different kind of veggie, then you would appreciate the high fiber and how filled up you will feel all day. You can choose one free day to blend a lot of veggies then pack the healthy green smoothie in jars to last you through the week.

By now you definitely have different ideas on how to get a quick vegan mini bite. If you want to be a bit creative you can do blends of foods which will still makeup a great snack. You can try cucumber in sweet vegan cream or have some veggies topped with ranch dressing. Whichever foods you choose to mix, just make sure they are healthy foods.

If you live a really busy life then small mini bites along the way are a great help. A healthy vegan snack is all you need provided everything you choose for an ingredient is pure healthy.
